At our GP practice, you are in direct contact with your GP. Together, you decide whether it makes sense for you to come to the practice or whether that isn’t necessary. This is handy, as it means you don’t always have to come to the practice. If it is deemed necessary for you to come to the surgery after all, the GP will immediately arrange a follow-up appointment with you.

We would ask you to log in once using your DigiD. Once you have done that, we will be able to let you know if there is a message waiting for you in your patient portal.

Emails regarding your appointments and your patient portal are sent from noreply@mijndokters.nl. To set up your patient portal, you will receive a one-off email from no-reply@mijngezondheidsapp.nl. Please add these email addresses to your address book on your computer, or to the Contacts on your mobile phone. That way, our emails will be recognised as trustworthy.
The surgery has a blood-taking clinic run by Bovenij Hospital. They are open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.15 am to 11.30 am.
You will receive the results of a test via the portal, unless otherwise agreed with your GP. You will receive an email as soon as the results are available. Your GP will provide an explanation of the results.
If you think you have a bladder infection, we can test your urine. You may collect your urine in a container. Please bring the urine to the surgery within 2 hours of collecting it.
Urine samples can be handed in before 11.00 am in the container on the windowsill where the reception desk used to be. If you don’t have a container, you can pick one up there. There are labels available so that you can write your name and date of birth on the container.
If the urine cannot be taken away straight away, please store it in the fridge.
Sometimes we are accepting new patients and sometimes we are not. We are currently accepting new patients with postcodes 1024 and 1023 on a temporary basis. You can register using the registration form on the homepage of our website.
It takes about a week to process your registration. We will request your medical records from your previous GP. If you give your previous GP permission to transfer your records, this may speed up the registration process.
It’s like (GP) It is not permitted to provide medical certificates to hand over.
You can letter of refusal regarding a medical certificate use. You can print out this letter from the KNMG and hand it in to the relevant authority.
